2. Information we collect

• Details you give us: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, budget range and the message you send through our contact or brief forms.
• Account details: if you create a client account, we store your email address and your name. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for analytics, authentication sessions and basic site functionality.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or audit.
• To deliver and manage marketing services you have engaged us for.
• To send newsletters or growth tips you have opted into (every email includes an unsubscribe link).
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Where your data is stored

Our website is hosted on Google Firebase. Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, and website analytics are processed by Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase). Authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication. These services are operated by Google LLC and may process data in data centres outside Nigeria, including the United States and the European Union, under Google's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the site and deliver our services.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Analytics cookies help us measure traffic and improve content. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the client area will not work without essential cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry and brief submissions are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up properly and keep a record of work. Client account data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's default retention settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to marketing messages at any time. Email okogbagideon28@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Nigeria, you also have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act; if you are in the UK or EU, rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR apply.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to client data is restricted to team members who need it, and database access rules limit each client account to its own records. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
