Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026. These terms govern the use of this website and any marketing services provided by Sonicgids Empire.
1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services
We provide social media marketing services including strategy, content production, community management, paid advertising, SEO and influencer marketing. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over general marketing copy on this website.
3. Fees and payment
- Retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing period, in USD or NGN as agreed.
- Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid directly by you to the advertising platforms.
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Late accounts may be paused.
- Project and add-on work may require a deposit before work begins.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver good work we need timely approvals, accurate brand information, access to relevant accounts and a single point of contact who can make decisions. Delays in feedback or access may shift agreed timelines.
You confirm that any content, images, claims or trademarks you supply are yours to use or properly licensed, and that your products and services comply with applicable law and the advertising policies of the platforms we use.
5. Ownership and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your brand, accounts, ad accounts, pixels, audiences and customer data. On final payment, you receive full rights to the final creative assets we produce for you, including raw footage where supplied. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work and results in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Performance and no guarantees
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market conditions, platform algorithm changes and product quality. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, rankings, leads or revenue. We do commit to a documented process, honest reporting and prompt communication.
7. Term and termination
Using the website is free: creating an account, browsing the rate card, submitting boost orders and tracking them carries no charge, no subscription and no minimum spend.
Each boost order is a separate purchase priced in naira as quantity ÷ 1,000 × the rate per 1,000 shown on the order form at the time you submit. Orders are paid from the available wallet balance at submission and created as pending. If we reject an order, its amount is returned to the wallet. Wallet top-ups are credited only after payment is verified by our team.
Where a separate managed-service engagement is agreed in writing, it starts with a 90-day initial term and continues month to month after that. Either party may terminate it with 30 days' written notice. On termination we hand over assets, account access and reporting; fees for work already completed remain payable.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
10. Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information. Client dashboards are for authorised users only; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
11. Third-party platforms
We work within platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn and X. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy decisions, account restrictions or algorithm changes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the courts of Delta State, Nigeria.
